Guest Reviews & Ratings
The Omni hotel had nice rooms but unfortunately smelled like an ashtray; however, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for a business trip but there were limited aspects to enjoy. The dining experience was very nice and convenient. Facilities were decent, with some positives and negatives to consider.
The hotel rooms are beautifully designed with ample space to work, lounge, and sleep, providing a nice and comfortable experience. However, there were some issues with the smell of cigarettes and the need for updating.
I was delighted with the comfy and clean rooms in the hotel, though the check-in experience could have been smoother. The staff turned a shaky start into a pleasant and helpful stay. The location was great for exploring downtown, but some minor management issues need attention. Dining was good overall, apart from a minor incident. Overall, my stay was enjoyable with a few hiccups along the way.
The hotel room was spacious enough for two people with a decent view overlooking the streets. The mattress was soft and comfortable. However, being located directly across the street from nightly rooftop entertainment that lasted until 2:00 a.m. on both nights made it impossible to get proper sleep. The initial entry experience with the dirty socks, lack of trash bags, and grimy remote control was disappointing.
